The recent fight scene of Troy (Jake Cuenca) and Dan (Miko Raval) from the series Viral Scandal earned praises and has become a trending topic on social media. With that, we bring you more of their intense brawls from the series via this Friday 5 feature.

After the leakage of Rica (Charlie Dizon)’s video scandal, Dan was more determined to protect his family – his two kids Bea (Karina Bautista) and Nico (Louise Abuel), wife Kakay (Dimples Romana), and stepdaughter Rica. He can provide the love but not all the money they need to win Rica’s rape case against Jigs (Markus Paterson).

Dan’s ego got all the more wounded when Troy entered the picture, asking for a chance to provide assistance for his biological daughter, Rica, and that also meant more interaction with his old flame, Kakay. Of course, Dan denied him the chance to help, so did Kakay.

In the episodes that followed, Troy and Dan’s rivalry got a little more serious with the revelation about Kakay’s past. Flashbacks showed that she was working as a prostitute when she met Troy, who saved her from a freak customer and eventually turned her into a kept woman. Dan felt betrayed because Kakay kept the truth from him all along.

The next scene witnessed Dan boldly confronting Troy in the latter’s territory, at Sidero’s City Hall. He warned the Mayor to stop reaching out to his family again. He said sending them Atty. Laura (Ria Atayde) must be the last time Troy involves himself in their family’s affairs. But Troy persisted, saying he will only stop helping Rica if he’s sure Dan can provide her financial needs. It wasn’t the first time Dan felt small for being an ordinary furniture shop owner compared to his big-time politician rival.

But the next encounter will prove that even if Troy has the riches, Dan won something more valuable, and that is Kakay and Rica’s love. There was a scene where after Kakay and Audrey (Maxene Magalona)’s altercation, Troy ran after Kakay, who already left with Dan. In their conversation, in front of Dan, Kakay upbraided Troy for not doing his best to help in Rica’s case. She said Troy only does what is good for his political ambition.

In the next scene, Troy rushed to the police station where Kakay was detained for charges filed by Audrey. He saw Kakay and Dan holding hands as he arrived and he was obviously affected. Then, Dan grabbed him to begin yet another public brawl.

We end this video montage with the trending scuffle at the Ramones mansion where Dan stormed to upon learning that his family was there and talking to Troy behind his back.The two engaged in a fistfight while their families tried to stop them until Troy’s bodyguards were finally able to halt the conflict.
