The “A Very Good Girl” teaser just dropped and to say we’re floored would be an understatement.

Star Cinema released the official teaser tonight, August 4, where we finally meet the characters of Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon, Philo and Molly, respectively.

The quick peek showed us glimpses of Molly who appears to be a rich, powerful woman, and one who doesn’t need “a d*ck to rule the world,” as Philo says. Meanwhile, Philo seems to be intensely looking up to “Mother” Molly, whom she says reminds her so much of her own mother.

The teaser ends with a clip of Philo appearing to be full of hatred, as she utters with absolute conviction: “P*tang ina n’ya!”

If that clip of Kathryn dropping an expletive didn’t make you feel things, then we don’t know what would!

What could possibly have brought Philo to this state? Who is the “murderer” she’s referring to? What role will Molly play in the life of Philo?

“A Very Good Girl” also stars Angel Aquino, Donna Cariaga, Chie Filomeno, Gillian Vicencio, Jake Ejercito, Nour Hooshmand, Kaori Oinuma, Althea Ruedas, Nathania Guerrero, and Ana Abad Santos.

The movie is under the creative direction of Carmi Raymundo, from a story penned by Marionne Dominique Mancol, and a screenplay by her, Daniel Saniana, and Jumbo Albano. It is helmed by director Petersen Vargas.

Make sure you save the date, because “A Very Good Girl” is slated for release only in cinemas this September 27!
