Throughout its run, a lot of viewers eagerly followed the story of Sky Cruz (Andrea Brillantes) in her pursuit of seeking truth and justice behind the mysterious death of her twin sister Luna, and how her investigations unraveled the deepest and darkest secrets hidden in the four corners of Northford High.

While “Senior High” was able to successfully drum up our excitement toward its finale last January, many expressed how bitin they were about the ending, beginning a clamor for it to have a sequel. And that wish is now about to come true after Dreamscape Entertainment, announced last March that it’s going to have a sequel, which will be entitled “High Street.” In fact, a story conference was already held, wherein the recurring and additional cast members were also unveiled.

As we wait for the next updates regarding the upcoming sequel, three of its stars Angel Aquino, Juan Karlos, and Andrea Brillantes share some of the things that they expect and look forward to in their highly anticipated return. But even before hearing their conversation, we were able to easily spot the changes in their looks, particularly with the hairstyles of Andrea and Angel.

Three months may have already passed since their finale, yet Juan Karlos felt that it was like “another day of taping lang” for him when the “Senior High” ensemble got reunited, to which the two actresses agreed. He added how excited he is about what the writers are going to come up with, now that their characters are about to embark on the next chapter of their lives.

Andrea expressed how excited she is to know Sky deeper and to find out what’s going to happen to Sky after being able to uncover the truths behind the lies. At the same time, Angel looks forward to seeing if there are going to be changes in their dynamics as mother and daughter and if Sky will allow herself to fall in love again. Furthermore, she hinted that her character Tania will have to trade her shabby clothes for smart casual attires as she’s about to enter the corporate world.

Aside from the developments in the narrative, they also expressed their thrill regarding the inclusions of Harvey Bautista, AC Bonifacio, and Dimples Romana in the roster of casts. Andrea enthused that one of the reasons that got her more excited and influenced her to say “yes” to this sequel was knowing that Dimples would be part of it after working with her in “Kadenang Ginto.” Angel disclosed that she feels the same since the last time that she got to work with her was in the 2015 Kapamilya series “And I Love You So.”
