Apparently, good looks and great acting prowess run in their family, as, just like his father, Mark Anthony Fernandez, and grandfather, Rudy Fernandez, Grae Fernandez also possesses the same qualities that make him one of the most promising and most admired actors of his generation.

While he has already starred in several teleseryes over the years ever since he entered show business in 2014, it’s in the ongoing ABS-CBN primetime series “Pamilya Sagrado” through which he’s able to further showcase his acting prowess as he plays the role of the antagonist Justin Sagrado.

In the past two months, we’d already seen him in a number of action and drama scenes. Yet when asked what he considers the most challenging and most memorable scene he has ever done, Grae told ent.abs-cbn.com during the recent media junket for the “Bagong Laban, Bagong Yugto” of the series that it would be the hazing scene.

According to him, the remarkable scene was shot on the fourth day of shooting the series, so they’re still figuring out their respective characters then. Besides, it also took the most physical and emotional labor for him.

“Sobrang pisikal talaga, from start of the day to the end of the day, itong hazing na nangyari sa totoong buhay parang nadaanan din namin in the sense na ‘yong physical aspect, ‘yong emotional aspect talaga. Of course, me as the pinuno ng fraternity, ako talaga ‘yong bargas na kailangan talaga patunayan ‘yong worth nitong neophyte natin. Kailangan niya talagang ma-test,” Grae related.

He then confessed that he couldn’t help but feel worried about his co-actors, whose characters were hurt in the hazing scenes they did. Since filming those scenes could be exhausting and nerve-wracking, he just tries to relax himself whenever he’s not taping.
