Over the past weeks, we’ve seen a few webisodes of “High Street” uploaded on the official YouTube channel of ABS-CBN Entertainment tagged “#LifeAfterSeniorHigh”, which show how life has been for some of the remaining characters after everything that happened in the finale of Senior High, as well as short videos of the first taping days of several cast members for the Season 2.

And on Monday, April 29, Dreamscape Entertainment posted a video of the first taping days of another set of new additions to the “High Street” team, namely, young and promising actors Harvey Bautista, AC Bonifacio, and Ralph De Leon.

Harvey will play the confident and laidback Wesley and will be part of the life of Andrea Brillantes’ character Sky Love Cruz as she’s about to begin her career as a journalist. When quizzed about how he felt upon snagging the role, he confessed how nervous he actually was for a number of reasons. But it’s probably more because of how daunting the journey can be as one of the few new characters in the show, as well as because of everyone’s expectations of him.

However, amidst the adjustments that he has to carry out, he is happy to be part of the show, which has been fun so far according to him. Aside from working with prolific and brilliant director Onat Diaz, whom he regards as “great,” Harvey is also delighted to be reunited with his fellow former child stars Andrea, Zaijian Jaranilla, and Xyriel Manabat, whom he last worked with in the 2014 Kapamilya series “Hawak Kamay.” Thus, he considers it nostalgic and a full-circle moment for him.

While we’ve already spotted him already filming a scene with Andrea, Harvey conveyed how really excited he is to work with the rest of the ensemble cast and see the dynamics of the characters.

On the other hand, even though it’s probably her first time working with some of her castmates here in “High Street,” AC, who is about to charm us with her character Nikki, shares that her first day on the set feels like a reunion for her even if she’s just meeting new people. Based on some of her behind-the-scenes clips, it can be deduced that she’s indeed having such a good time and learning a lot, especially from Direk Onat.

Despite feeling “really nervous coming into the show,” the young multi-faceted artist is looking forward to seeing the all-star cast be in one scene together since that’s definitely a rare sight, as well as to finding out how far her character will get and how eager she is towards what she’s doing.

And lastly, up-and-coming star Ralph, who will arguably get us smitten by his charms as Doc Kevin, also enthusiastically talks about his first taping day for “High Street,” which also happens to be his teleserye debut.

Siyempre, first day jitters hindi maiiwasan ‘yong kaba, pagiging conscious sa mga expressions. This is my first teleserye nga, kaya sobrang saya ko na nandito na ako,” he related.

Just like his fellow newcomers to the show, Ralph wants to be able to fit himself in very well and build his chemistry with his castmates, especially with Xyriel since they are going to do a lot of scenes together as a new figure in the life of her well-loved character Roxy. He went on to add how he really likes the story and how it feels different that he is already able to watch, film, and perform everything that are written on the script handed to him.

Are you as excited as us to find out what are going to be roles that the characters of Harvey, AC, and Ralph will play the in lives of the “Senior High” barkada? Well, you better not miss an episode of “High Street”once it starts on May 13!
