“Ang pinakamalaking kasalanan sa lahat ay ‘yung may kakayahan kang tumulong pero wala kang ginawa” – this was the greatest life lesson Narda (Jane de Leon) learned from her mother Leonor (Iza Calzado) and which shaped her into who she is today. Guided by this philosophy, she will go to great lengths saving people, including Regina (Janella Salvador), who is destined to be her toughest rival.

Narda waited so long to uncover Valentina (Janella Salvador)’s identity. Much to her dismay, the snake woman is none other than her best friend. But, she believes Regina is just a victim of a cruel fate and Borgo (Richard Quan)’s wickedness. She holds on to the connection they had. This motivated her to save Regina’s life, even facing danger in the attempt.

When Valentina attacked at the Nueva Esperanza Charity Ball, Narda, in Darna form, tried to dispossess Regina’s body. However, Regina’s cursed fate seemed impossible to fight. Valentina said that Regina will not exist anymore. Narda didn’t want to believe it.

She begged Mayor Zaldy (Simon Ibarra) to take back the order to kill Regina/Valentina. The mayor didn’t listen, forcing her to look for other possible mediators. She ran to Rex (Richard Quan) to convince him to save Regina from Borgo’s evil plans, clueless that she was talking to Borgo himself. The latter also didn’t know the protector of the white stone was in front of him.
The next thing she did was talk to Regina via a TV program, trying to enlighten her to surrender and get help from authorities. She recalled their first meeting wherein they saved each other from their lowest. Narda persisted, hoping their past connection will move Regina and give the latter enough strength to fight the demon in her body.

Hurtful comments about Regina hurt Narda, too. She remained compassionate amid the public hating on her dear friend. Narda tied to ask for Ali (Mac Manicad)’s help in tracing Regina’s whereabouts but to no avail. Still, she would never want to give up. She held on despite almost getting killed by Valentina’s venom in the exact place where they first met.

In a heroic display of love, Narda fought for the Vanguardia Foundation after their sponsors pulled out one by one, including the powerful Madam Victoria (Carla Martinez), who is also Borgo in disguise. She was determined to keep the foundation knowing Regina wanted it to be her legacy.

Even when dressed as Darna, Narda is careful not to hurt Regina. They clashed in a warehouse wherein Darna saved Valentina from the bad guys. The latter, however, attacked furiously that Darna was compelled to fight back. Amid their clash, Darna kept on reminding Valentina who she is, that she is Regina. The villain then criticized Darna for being self-righteous and protector of the real villains, the Extras. Darna didn’t want to waste time by hearing out her rival’s angry chatter. Instead, she grabbed a chain using her super speed ability and shackled Valentina to a panel until the cops arrive.

The recent events are tearing our DarLentina hearts to pieces. We all miss their happy days, right? We bet you also felt the pain when Regina dropped by her old office and saw Narda in there. Somehow she was moved and reminded of their friendship, but then again, the snakes in her head were impossible to tame.
