KaoMiah and former child stars Marc and Krystal are the latest Star Magic artists to make us kilig with their promposals!

Solid shippers must have prayed so hard, as their much-anticipated KaoMiah promposal finally happened.

In the video uploaded by Star Magic, Jeremiah Lisbo mentioned that he enlisted the help of talent management arm Rise Artists Studio. The plan was to make Kaori Oinuma believe that they are filming a “Whisper Challenge” for a client’s content. On March 23, the tandem arrived in ABS-CBN and got on their daily grind. Of course, it wouldn’t be a KaoMiah moment without their endearing ‘asaran.’

The challenge required them to read each other’s lips, with the guessing player wearing a headphone with blaring music. Nothing fancy – just two friends having fun competing with each other in a game, showing great chemistry without even trying.

Jeremiah popped the question in the last round, and Kaori was quick to read his lips, but then she got confused. “Ha?! Tanong ba ‘yan?! Nahulaan ko,” she said, to which he replied, “Oo nga. So, panalo ka.”
Kaori may have dominated the game, but we know that Jeremiah would be the real winner. He handed her the flowers and asked again, “Will you be my prom date?” Kaori put the earphones on Jeremiah so he would have to guess her answer – “Oo.”

It’s official! KaoMiah is going to prom together. In the clip, Kaori wanted to cry tears of happiness, “Last week kasi umiiyak na ako kasi gusto kong mag-prom kasi never ko pa siyang na-experience sa buong buhay ko. Tapos may magyayaya [pala] sa akin. Hala! Miah! Thank you!”

Jeremiah said he knows it’s going to be Kaori’s first prom, “so sana worth it ‘to with me.”

Three years since their last meeting on the set of Maalaala Mo Kaya, Marc Santiago reunited with Krystal Mejes at the airport to prompose.

In this clip, we witnessed Marc’s preparations for the grand moment. He went to the airport with flowers, chocolates, a sign, and lots of courage. His goal that night was to welcome Krystal and pop the question. But first, he hoped she still recognizes him after all these years.

When Krystal walked to the arrival area, she noticed there was a camera outside. Marc approached her, and she thought, “At first hindi ko siya nakilala kasi he was so tall and naka-mask siya. Tapos pagkalabit niya sa akin, his hands were shaking a little bit. Tapos parang ‘yung voice niya din nagka-crack.”

Krystal remembers Marc, of course. She then saw the banner with the question “Will you be my Star Magical Prom date?” written on it, and her first reaction was, “Pwede bang tawagan ko muna si Daddy?” Krystal appreciated the effort and since Marc is a childhood friend, she said yes.
