There’s an oft-quoted aphorism that says, “love is sweeter the second time around.” And this is apparently true to Love In 40 Days star Lotlot De Leon, who has found a second chance in love through her husband, Lebanese businessman Fadi El Soury.

They’ve been together for six years prior to tying the knot almost four years ago in December 17, 2018 via an intimate garden wedding ceremony held at a resort in Batangas, which was attended by some of their families and close friends – including her four children from her former marriage, Janine, Jessica, Diego, and Max.

Lotlot and Fadi’s marriage has been apparently blissful, as seen in their photos and short videos together that the actress shares on Instagram. Through the years that they’ve been in each other’s lives, the couple have already celebrated various occasions and have gone to a to different places together. She also never missed to greet her husband on his birthday and anniversary every year, which never fails to make us kilig.

On their second anniversary as a married couple in 2019, the 51-year-old actress posted a set of their photos together that she captioned, “You are my confidant, my sounding board, my motivator, my best friend, my husband. You believe in me more than I believe in myself at times, you remind me that I should never forget my self-worth at times.

“Mahal, thank you, for truly loving me, for holding my hand when times get rough, for never getting tired of cheering me on, for never letting go of me…”

She did the same on their third anniversary, but with a shorter message that read: “Possible pala makatagpo nang isang taong mamahalin ka sa higit ng inaakala mo. (sic)”
