The stars of Kapamilya series “Love In 40 Days” might be ‘invisible’ as ghosts in the story but the bond between them is real and can be seen through these behind-the-scenes photos!

The new teleserye revolves around Jane (Loisa Andalio), a competitive young woman who died in a car accident and is allowed to stay at a hotel for spirits called Evergreen Mansion as a ghost for 40 days. The guest house is operated by lost but kind-hearted souls led by Patricio or Mr. Guzman (Leo Martinez), the manager.

While we don’t want to be a guest at the spooky hotel, watching the series, we adore how the staff members at Evergreen Mansion are supportive of Jane’s final missions on earth including saving them from Edward (Ronnie Alonte), the guy who plans to turn the abandoned building into a bar.

The Evergreen crew, or ‘Ghost Squad’ as the cast members put it, works together in protecting and guiding Jane. How we wish we have such friends in real life!

In the story, she has the poetic assistant manager Elias (Vaughn Piczon) as her unofficial bodyguard and by the looks of it, a secret admirer as well. The gingery George (Benedix Ramos) is the mansion’s chauffeur and rapper.

Diana (Lotlot de Leon) is the chef and everyone’s mother figure.

Pinoy Big Brother alums Kobi Brown and Andi Abaya are also in the squad as Brock and Celine, the young lovers who died while trying to elope, and were ‘hired’ by Mr. Guzman to keep their souls from wandering.

Another thing to love about the ‘Ghost Squad’ is their bond off-cam. When the cameras stop rolling, the lost souls become happy souls as they enjoy mini-lock-in parties and food trips.
