It’s Showtime hosts and real-life couple Vice Ganda and Ion Perez let us in on their recent vacation in Taipei, Taiwan via recent vlog titled “TAIWANtusawang Rampa.”

Vice brought his side of the family and his ‘angels’ to their trip. Don’t we love families who take every chance to see the world together? In the video, we witness snippets of their flight to Taiwan International Airport. They rode a bus to their hotel and ate and shopped first as they arrived earlier than the standard check-in time. Though Ion wanted to just take a nap in the waiting area, of course, he couldn’t turn down his partner’s request.

The group explored Taiwanese cuisine in a posh restaurant, then, went on a lavish shopping spree. Ion gifted Vice’s mother, Nanay Rosario, with a Louis Vuitton item – and the charming mom had the cutest reaction!

This trip was all about shopping! On their second day, they just went to a mall – strolling around, trying out good restaurants, and buying whatever they fancy. On Day 3, which they called “fieldtrip shopping,” the group’s itinerary included a shopping village featuring luxury brands.

While on the way to the outlet, Vice’s sibling, Babot, stood up inside the bus and cracked jokes to make their 45-minute ride less boring. We can say humor runs in the family! Babot had hilarious comments about the trees and mountains they saw in the streets, and spoke like a BINGO master. Meanwhile, they had breakfast inside the bus to save time.

Once they reached the mall, Vice pampered his family with retail therapy. Some Pinoys approached the superstar to say hi and tell him to enjoy his stay in Taiwan.

Of course, he couldn't let pass the chance to try Taiwan's bubble tea. Then, they had dinner in a posh restaurant. Vice asked his companions to guess their total bill, and the one who could give the closest amount would receive a pair of shoes from him. And the lucky winner was his assistant, Jackie, who almost gave the exact amount, which was 21, 549 Taiwan dollars. Vice couldn’t believe their dinner cost around PHP 42, 000. “Buti na lang naka-tatlong rice ako,” he quipped.
