For eleven years, the gregarious hosts of It’s Showtime have been our constant lunch time buddies. But what made it more ‘unkabogable’ are the celebrities who graced the show to perform, promote their projects, and even join the formidable squad in making the madlang people happy as guest co-hosts.

Here are some of them:

Angel Locsin

2013 could be one for the books for Angel since it was her first time to venture in hosting. Known for being a versatile and top-caliber actress, everybody were stunned to see other facets of her as witty, carefree, and just being her genuine self.

She made a comeback in March 2017 for a two-week hosting engagement.

Bela Padilla

She might be tagged as an authority when it comes to ‘hugot’ flicks, but the topnotch actress dispelled this notion through her occasional compering stints in the noontime show as she showed the cheery and natural side of her.

Alex Gonzaga

Taking over the It’s Showtime stage was apparently easy-peasy for the widely followed YouTuber and actress for she has already cemented her reputation as one of the most sought after hosts in the Kapamilya network because of her spontaneity and wackiness.

The madlang people surely miss Alex since her last hosting gig in the program in 2016.

Robi Domingo

Another frequent guest co-host is Robi, one of the most bankable and in-demand hosts of his generation. Most of his hosting experiences are formal, and it is in It’s Showtime where he is able to show the Kapamilyas his more endearing, silly side.

Iza Calzado

Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin star Iza Calzado might be rousing viewers with her dramatic performances weeknights, but we surely miss her as an It’s Showtime guest host because like Alex, she last appeared as a co-host in 2016.

However, she guested in the noontime show in October 2017 to unleash the inner rocker in her by belting out the classic “Laklak” and showing off her drumming skills. She also shared to the Madlang People what happened during her surprise marriage proposal with fiancé Ben Wintle.

Maja Salvador

She is definitely the fiercest and wildest actress on with her portrayal of Ivy Aguas/Lily Cruz in Wildflower and her chilling performance on The Killer Bride. Who would forget her hilarious participation in the now-defunct segment Sine Mo ‘To?

She was last seen in the show in 2015.

Angelica Panganiban

Appearing on It’s Showtime means you have to be prepared to do whatever the Madlang People wants you to do or just demonstrate a sample of your talent (even though it’s not!). Anne Curtis demanded her “twin” Angelica to share her “hidden” singing flair. The Hugot Queen proudly sang her favorite OPM hit “Kapag Ako ay Nagmahal”, which became the subject of Vice Ganda’s jests.

Carmina Villaroel

Carmina seems to be the titleholder when it comes to the length of co-hosting stint in the noontime show in 2012. For three weeks, she temporarily took Anne’s place who was then busy shooting for a film in the United States.

Since Anne was coming back while she had to start taping for her teleserye Lorenzo’s Time then, she had to bid goodbye.

Luis Manzano

Working with the It’s Showtime family is absolutely comfortable for Luis because most of them are his close friends in real life. Aside from that, he’s also renowned for being one of the best in the hosting craft. His natural comic personality indeed brought laughter to the Madlang People.

Catriona Gray

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray captivated the Madlang People with her guest hosting stint at the start of the year 2020 as she celebrated her 26th birthday.

Catriona was quite a revelation during her time on It’s Showtime as she displayed her hosting prowess while exchanging hilarious banters with Vice and “Yorme” Aaron Sunga in the “Mini Miss U” segment.

Arci Muñoz

Alluring and mesmerizing Arci Muñoz also brought wide smiles and non-stop laughter with her first-time hosting gig—even shedding tears in an emotional moment with a kid contestant in Mini Miss U.

With her bubbly, funny, and gregarious disposition, Arci truly blended well with the It’s Showtime family as if she had been on the show for a long time.

Yassi Pressman

FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano star Yassi Pressman showed how much she enjoyed being part of the It’s Showtime family, engaging well with the rest of the hosts in great comedic fervor while imparting her effervescent charm and incredible gorgeousness.

She also stood out in her production numbers and truly enamored the Madlang People with her presence.

Who would be the next celebrities who will grace the fun-filled noontime show?

Don’t miss an episode of It’s Showtime for your daily dose of good vibes!
