“I really love my fridge!”

This was what Maris Racal zealously uttered as she didn’t simply showed us her newly-purchased refrigerator, but even presented to us the stash that she and her family keep inside it!

In the vlog she published prior to it, those who have been religiously watching her videos could recall that she imparted her little journey on finally deciding to buy a new fridge that’s more functional, aesthetically-pleasing, and consumes less electricity than the one they’d been using in the past eight years – with the help of her older sister.

Titled “What’s In My Fridge”, she giddily presented her two-door and two-toned ref with matte door finish. Its dirty white and black colors truly complemented the motif of their kitchen which are in grey and black. She disclosed only having to finish arranging it the night before since they couldn’t figure out where to put the stash they have, so she’s truly proud of their little achievement.

The “How to Move On in 30 Days” star revealed that they started off with the compartments attached to the upper door. The juices (pineapple and cranberry), milks (coconut, almond, and fresh), and coconut water were placed in the lower part, while the salad dressings balsamic vinegar, roasted sesame kewpie, and her super faves balsamic vinaigrette and tomato ketchup, were in the middle shelf. Adjacent to it is where the strawberry jam and parmesan cheese, which they mainly use for baking and cooking, as well as salted butter and cheese slices, were placed. They keep their eggs in the top shelf, to which she’s completely proud of since she did the tray herself out of discarded plastic egg trays.

They also put small acrylic drawers inside the fridge, wherein they put the vegetables and fruits, as well as microwavable containers for their leftovers. According to the ASAP Natin ‘To artist, those transparent organizers are really useful not only in managing the contents of their ref, as those also allow them to immediately see their contents. She also put yoghurt drinks that she shares with her beloved nephew Lucas beside those mini drawers, with a box of ssamjang hiding behind those.

Above those are her favorite raspberry juice and probiotic drink, as well as small yoghurt tubs that her siblings always buy. This reminded her of the traumatic experience she had when she was a kindergarten when her father bought her yoghurt, which they thought was ice cream. Thus, she decided to try one on the spot while vlogging, and she instantly began to love it at that very moment.

Maris then showed her wine stash being held by a wine rack, then the jars of dips found on the topmost shelf, just beside a larger organizer where she keeps her chocolates and protein bars. The Kapamilya actress jested that she only bought those protein bars for her to appear healthy and be looked up to by people, then ate one.

Inside the built-in drawer at the bottom part of the top tier is where the vegetables are contained. As she pulled out some of the veggies, she admitted that as a Bisaya living in Manila for a long time now, still gets confused by some Tagalog words.

Furthermore, the lower compartment has three drawers, where she puts her ice cream hoard and the ice container in the first, the meat and fish products in the second, and the processed foods in the third.

Maris together with Carlo Aquino navigate the tricky process of letting go in “How to Move On in 30 Days,” ABS-CBN’s first YouTube Exclusive Daily Series, now streaming on ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube Channel.
