It is truly impossible to be certain – that’s the motivation we get watching this throwback video from Gandang Gabi Vice wherein host Vice Ganda said he’s probably never going to get married.
In this clip, guests Erich Gonzales and Kaye Abad tackled the plot of their Kapamilya series “Two Wives,” an adaptation of an original Korean drama about marriage and infidelity.
In the story, Yvonne (Kaye) discovers that her husband Victor (Jason Abalos) is sharing an affair with a woman named Janine (Erich Gonzales). Yvonne and Victor nullify their marriage and the latter weds anew with Janine.
After a series of gripping twists and turns, Victor loses his memory of the present but remembers only the past, thus Yvonne and Janine’s reversal of roles.
In keeping with the theme, Vice and his guests talked about affairs. Erich was certain she would never make herself the other woman. “Ako ‘yung tipo ng tao na hindi ako magpapakamartir. Hindi ako papayag na maging second choice lang, dapat priority,” said Erich, who recently tied the knot with businessman boyfriend Mateo Lorenzo.
Still on the topic, Erich and Kaye asked if Vice would want to get married. The Unkabogable Star thought he won’t get there, “Hindi ko alam, parang hindi ako for that.” Erich followed up, “So, ano ka, play time?” to which Vice jestingly replied, “Nasanay na ako, kape-play time nila sa akin, in-enjoy ko na.”
He added, “Hindi ko pa nakikita. At saka, siyempre, it comes with maturity.” Fast forward to 2022, Vice revealed tying the knot with It’s Showtime’s Ion Perez in Las Vegas.
