“Dirty Linen” star Christian Bables made history as the first male celebrity guest presenter on TV Patrol’s “Star Patrol” segment yesterday, March 24. It was a dream come true for Christian, who initially wanted to become a news anchor and has a degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University Dasmariñas.
As the assigned Star Patroller, he announced celebrity updates including The Voice Kids coaches Bamboo and KZ Tandingan’s back-to-back concert tour and Vanessa Hudgens’ message to her Pinoy fans. And he did it with flying colors!
He endeared viewers all the more during his closing banter with broadcasters Noli De Castro, Bernadette Sembrano, Karen Davila, and Henry Omaga-Diaz. “Nanginginig po ako,” he admitted with a smile when asked about his experience as the first male Star Patroller.
Here are his behind-the-scenes photos with the TV Patrol news anchors and resident weatherman Ariel Rojas.
