Are you ready for fun revelations about your favorite Mars Ravelo’s Darna stars?

The Mars Ravelo’s Darna cast is one of the best teams ever assembled for a teleserye, gifting us with enthralling action and drama. Behind the cameras, they also share a delicious bond, proven as they took on the “Ang Pinaka” challenge.

In the video, we dare Team Darna to name a co-star who fits the given description or shout “Darna” if they think they’re the one being described.

First off, they voted for the “pinaka maalaga” among them. Jane De Leon, embodies that quality according to Mark Manicad and Janella Salvador. They said Jane consistently checks on her co-stars after pack-up. Jane and Zaijian Jaranilla picked Rio Locsin, who then named Iza Calzado, the one who always brings food on the set and brightens up the day. Owning it, Iza shouted “Darna!” Meanwhile, Young JV went for LA Santos. Joshua Garcia, Paolo Gumabao, and Dawn Chang gave the title to themselves. 

Joshua, Paolo, LA, Zaijian, and Rio are self-confessed “pinaka mabait” because, as they see it, they aim to treat their co-workers with kindness. Rio explained, “As much as possible, gusto ko pwede akong lapitan ng kahit na sino. Gusto ko, ‘pag meron silang kailangan makausap, may kailangan silang kahit anong bagay, gusto ko nandiyan ako sa tabi nila. Kahit makikinig lang ako, gusto ko ‘yun.” Rio also got Janella, Jane, and Mark’s votes. Meanwhile, Dawn quipped, “Lahat mabait, may kanya-kanyang sapak lang.”

‘Chismis’ is life for Gerard Acao according to Joshua, Paolo, and Young JV. Joj Angpangan got two votes courtesy of LA and Janella. Mark also got two points from Jane and Joshua. For Rio, everyone has an inner ‘marites’ in them, “Kasi ‘yun lang ang pwede naming gawin. Ibig kong sabihin, locked-in ka for thirty days, ano pa bang pwedeng gawin kundi ang mag-chismis-an.”

Admittedly, LA is the “pinaka makulit” in the group. Zaijian and Joj are the runner-ups. It makes sense that he’s also selected as “pinaka pasaway” by most of his co-actors. Meanwhile, Jane and Zaijian pointed at each other. Rio summarized her answer as, “Mga boys.”

LA got the “pinaka maingay” tag as well. “Sinasabi ko sa inyo, si LA, alam n’yo pag nasa kwarto siya kasi maririnig n’yo ‘yung boses niya,” Paolo revealed. Rio maintained that the boys are the noisiest. 

Joshua and Iza are generous, too, but LA, no doubt, is the most. Rio thinks LA is the “pinaka galante” because he’s also the richest among them. They get free coffee and food from him almost every day.

Joshua is the “pinaka tahimik” – leading man vibe as LA put it. Zaijian also has his quiet days, Rio noted, “May mga pagkakataon na tahimik siya. Pero ‘pag nakausap mo siya nang kayo lang, medyo dumadaldal. Pero kung hindi mo siya mapapansin, nasa isang tabi lang.”

The cast had diverse answers when asked the “pinaka matakaw” among them. Joshua and Mark thought of Janella, who said it’s just a tie between her and Jane. Gerard was a common choice, too, given that he’s a big guy with a big appetite. Meanwhile, Zaijian went for director Avel Sunpongco
