First things first, her full name is Lourdes Virginia Poe. Now we know the origin of her nickname Lovi. She’s born on February 11 – “doon na nagtatapos ‘yun!” Don’t ask about the year she was born and her age because she won’t give you an answer. You’d get her mesmerizing smile, nonetheless.

The gal is an Aquarian, and astrology says that people with this zodiac sign are smart, forward-thinking, and good conversationalists. That’s ‘very Lovi,’ right?

Her favorite color is blue, specifically powder blue and sky blue. If you wish to impress the Supreme Actress, bring her ‘sinigang’ or tell her you also listen to her favorite song “Linger” by The Cranberries. Italy is the ultimate vacation spot for this Kapamilya beauty, whose dream role is anything action-packed ala “Gone Girl,” “Underworld,” and “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.” Apart from her current project “Batang Quiapo,” she also wishes to recreate her father Fernando Poe Jr.’s other classic film “Ang Panday.”

Did you know that she is a talented wordsmith? Her hobbies are reading novels and writing poems, scripts, and stories, and one of her ambitions is to create an amazing screenplay that will be recognized internationally. For sure, she will learn a lot from her leading man Coco Martin.

Like most celebrities, her first fangirl moment was with Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez, “When I saw her medyo nawindang ako.” Besides Regine, she also considers Ogie Alcasid as her ultimate showbiz role model, “I look up to him. I started with him. I used to do front acts sa kanya and he’s always been very kind, funny, professional, lahat nasa kanya.”
