Kapamilya series “Can’t Buy Me Love,” starring Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano, poses the question, “If money can buy happiness, can it buy love?”

Kapamilya Chat asked one of the series’ cast members, Kaila Estrada, her thoughts via “Can Buy or Can’t Buy Challenge.” She imparted that it’s impossible to buy love, especially the genuine kind. She implied that real companions are never found through money or material things. The same goes with friendship. She said that you can’t buy friends who will support you through thick and thin.

In the challenge, she picked which other items she can or cannot buy at the moment. She said that she could afford an international vacation trip, which she’s more willing to splurge on than material things.

While she can’t buy a house yet, it’s definitely part of her bucket list. Although she can afford a new gadget, she would rather pay by installment. Asked what she thinks about expensive watches, she replied, “Can’t and won’t buy.”
