A happily ever after may be far from real, but for these newlywed celebrity couples, their blissful life after marriage is certainly something close to that fairytale ending. 

In this episode of Kapamilya Snaps marking Valentine’s Day, we look into the blissful, loving, devoted celebrity couples enjoying their first few years of their marriage.

Moira dela Torre found her forever in longtime boyfriend Marvin Hernandez, whom she wed in 2020. They actually had their engagement announced via their music video for the song “Tagpuan.” After their unforgettable, touching wedding ceremony, the couple encountered many ups and downs but stayed together through it all. And in early 2022, they celebrated their third anniversary with Moira sharing photos on Instagram and dedicating a heartfelt message to Jason: “You have given me the greatest gift, my babba—the daily peace of knowing I am loved by my greatest blessing. I love you more than I will ever be able to sing about,” Moira wrote.

It’s Showtime host Vhong Navarro tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Tanya Bautista in Kyoto, Japan in November 2019. Since then, it has been quite an enjoyable, delightful union between the two, without discounting the many challenges they faced as a now-married couple. In the midst of the pandemic in 2020, the couple revisited Japan to celebrate their first anniversary.

Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo had a private wedding to Matteo Guidicelli in February 2020, and many have speculated on how their married life would turn out. But since then, they have truly been inseparable as they have been truly dedicated and loving to one another. Their post-wedding photos were shared to mark their first wedding anniversary with Matteo saying in an Instagram post:   “You are the reason why I smile when we wake up. You continue to inspire me every day and I just love celebrating life with you.”

FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano star Richard Gutierrez exchanged vows with longtime partner Sarah Lahbati in March 2020. To celebrate their first anniversary, Sarah shared a video while Richard posted a series of photos captioned: “You are the pillar of my life and I wake up every morning trying to become a better man because of you.”

KZ Tandingan actually exchanged “I dos” boyfriend TJ Monterde in August 2020 but formally announced it publicly in October that year through their music video of “Can’t Wait to Say I Do.” They stressed they won’t focus on having a child yet but strengthen their relationship as a couple first. After their first anniversary, KZ and TJ released the songs “Dodong” and “Inday.”

I Can See Your Voice host Luis Manzano had a grand, memorable wedding to Jessy Mendiola in February 2021. Since then, they had a productive, endearing married life, part of which was having trending, widely viewed vlogs on their YouTube channels. For their first anniversary this month, Luis said that they would go on a trip together out of town.

FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano actress Ara Mina and husband Dave Almarinez got engaged in January 2021and tied the knot in June the same year. They have since celebrated wedding monthsaries since then until their actual wedding anniversary in June 2022.

Yam Concepcion exchanged vows with her longtime boyfriend, businessman Miguel CuUnijeng in July 2021. After completing her successful stint in the teleserye, Yam had since took on the role of full-time wife to Miguel in New York City. She shares updates on her married life through social media posts and YouTube vlogs.

Angel Locsin had a simple, intimate civil ceremony in tying the knot with Neil Arce with only 10 people in attendance. Since their wedding, the couple posted vlogs about their married life, which included a house tour, among others.

Finally, Hashtag Nikko Natividad married his longtime girlfriend Cielo Eusebio in October 2021. They shared their engagement in prank video a few months before. Nikko and Cielo had been together for seven years before exchanging vows. Since their wedding, they have been enjoying their life as a growing family with son Aiden.
