For loveteams, it’s so important to ask your partner questions. And not just questions about a scene you’re working on together (although this is part of the drill), but real questions that help refine your chemistry and level of ease with each other.
Introspective communication strengthens the foundation of friendship, right? Being able to be real with each other is what true connection is all about.
In this video, Yves Flores and Gillian Vicencio a.k. a. ReTox grilled each other with hot questions that sparked subtle confessions.
“Crush mo ba ako?” she asked, to which he replied, “Oo. Okay lang?” Is there anything more exciting, heart-pumping than the person in front of you saying that they have a crush on you?
Asked the same question, Gillian responded in jest, “May time.”
Yves kept the momentum and threw this query at Gillian: “May chance ba na magkagusto ka sa akin?” She retorted, “Bakit mo tinatanong? Hindi naman natin masasabi ‘yung mga ganu’n bagay.”
Because of Yves’ question about kissing scenes, Gillian was prompted to reveal that their smack in the finale episode of “2 Good 2 Be True” took 15 takes.
“Sinadya ko ‘yun,” quipped Yves.
Gillian posed: “Kinilig ka ba sa kissing scene na ‘yun?” Her leading man replied, “Off-cam ba o on-cam?” She laughed, “Bakit? May off-cam ba?”
They both burst into laughter and Yves pulled Gillian closer for a hug.

Titled “ReTox: 2 Be Continued,” it follows the unexpected love story of Red (Yves) and Tox (Gillian), their characters in the hit teleserye “2 Good 2 Be True” which was topbilled by Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in 2022.
Part 1 of the series will drop on August 1 to 4, and Part 2 on August 8 to 11, at 6 PM, on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube Channel.
