Ogie Diaz, or Roger Diaz-Pandaan in real life, portrays the role of Kenneth in the primetime drama series Walang Hanggan. He is the trusted right-hand man of Doňa Margaret, played by Helen Gamboa.
Throughout the years, Ogie has already played a lot of roles in front and behind the cameras. As a television host, he has appeared in Kapamilya talk shows such as Showbiz Lingo, Cristy Per Minute, S2: Showbiz Sabado, Entertainment Live, and Showbiz Inside Report. As an actor, he was also part of the cast in Kapamilya teleseryes like May Bukas Pa, Momay, Mutya, May Isang Pangarap, Huwag Ka Lang Mawawala, Dyesebel, Nathaniel, Born For You, The Blood Sisters, and in his most recent appearance in Sandugo. He is also a showbiz reporter, radio personality and talent manager.
Outside showbiz, Ogie is a living testament that love is love. Even though he is openly gay, he is a loving partner to Georgette del Rosario and a caring father to their five daughters. Ogie and Georgette have been together for 18 years already. Their family is a great example of a “modern family.” Despite his gender, Ogie remains genuinely loyal to the women in his life and does his best to provide for their needs.
Before realizing that he’s gay, Ogie used to date women. In an episode of the defunct morning talk show Kris TV, he admitted that he had a girlfriend when he met Georgette, who openly expressed her feelings towards him. It was during a game of billiards when things started to get serious between the two of them. They had a bet and since he lost to her, he gave in and the rest was history.
