Baby Jude must be one of the luckiest babies in the world right now. Aside from having multi-talented star Janella Salvador as his super amazing mom, his dad Markus Paterson is one of the best fathers anyone could have.

Just from singer-actor Markus’ Instagram account, it’s obvious how in love he is with his adorable son Jude. He’s always taking naps with him, changing his undies, and dressing him up. Baby Jude’s smiles are always from ear to ear when he’s cuddling with his caring papa.

Janella can’t help but admire her partner in life because he’s such a hands-on father with their little bundle of joy.

In a Magandang Buhay interview, Janella shared how Markus defies the norm that dads aren’t as hands on as moms because whenever he isn’t at work, he’s always tending to Jude’s needs. They shared all the responsibilities equally, especially during the first few months when Jude was born.

On Markus’ first-ever Father’s Day, Janella also greeted him with a warm message, “Thank you for being the most amazing, hard-working, present and hands-on father to Jude. I couldn’t be more thankful that i’m going through this crazy parenthood chapter of life with you.”

Being a father is a difficult job, but Markus is always happy to be with his little pride and joy even if it is challenging. He even finds funny moments in his parenting journey. While carrying baby Jude in a photo, he joked in the caption, “I thought the warm feeling on my stomach was the butterflies from holding my beautiful boy. Turns out he just pee’d.”
