Fans already know the people behind Viral Scandal – from actors to everyone working behind the cameras – are real masters at creating the most captivating scenes be it an epic brawl that gave us chills, a pool incident, family drama, and all things 'kilig'. With this, we expect nothing short of suspenseful, ‘gigil’-inducing, and altogether gripping courtroom sequences in the series, since it’s a climactic event in the story of viral girl Rica (Charlie Dizon) and everyone affected by her scandal.
It went exactly like that in the recent episodes as the Sicat family watched the suspects Jigs (Markus Paterson) and Archie (Vance Larena) get interrogated by Atty. Laura (Ria Atayde), while the Ramones family intimated them with annoying drama and confidence.
In last night’s episode, February 21, Atty. Laura’s witness named Bong Tupaz lied under oath having been threatened by the other camp, keeping it more frustrating.
The cast did such an amazing job again but we’re also relieved to see them just goofing around and keeping things happy once the shooting stops. Here are behind-the-scenes photos from their courtroom taping:

Although suppressed, Rica’s emotions were overwhelmingly powerful. She refused to be seen crying, so Dan (Miko Raval) told her to just look at him all the while holding her hand. That father-daughter moment looked so real. Sans the script, though, Charlie and Miko just prefer ‘kwela’ moments than big-time drama.
