Shaina Magdayao rarely speaks out her heart in public, but after ABS-CBN went off the air nothing could stop her from expressing her feelings over the closure of a network she grew up with, where she found real family. Not even her fears of reprisal from bashers.
Nandito po kami sa harapan ninyo, ine-expose po namin ang aming mga damdamin, ang aming mga saloobin only to be bashed, only to be judged, only to be criticized dahil public figure kami,” Shaina stressed in the Laban Kapamilya Facebook Live event on Tuesday, May 12.
This is the reason why Shaina said she would push the fight to bring ABS-CBN back on air, especially for those who will be directly affected by its continuing closure.
Shaina said.
And if they could help the 11,000 employees set to lose their jobs coming from their pockets, she said such temporary assistance won’t be enough to answer all their needs.
