After more than a year of temporarily shying away from the spotlight, Daytime Drama Queen Julia Montes is definitely back!
Just last week, her agency Cornerstone Entertainment posted a photo of her visit at their headquarters on Instagram. Its president, renowned talent manager Erickson Raymundo, also shared his picture taken with her in his own IG account, which he captioned, “Welcome back @montesjulia08! 2020 will be a busy year for you and I can't wait to share all the projects lined up for you. Exciting months ahead!”

And just this January 23, this short clip was released, giving us a hint on what her first-ever comeback project will be about and updating us, as well, with the preparations she’s been doing for her upcoming series.
In this video, the 24-year-old seasoned actress promises to show a totally different “Julia”, aside from the obvious fact that she chopped her hair off to a bob.
The much-awaited program, which bears the working title “24/7”, is foreseen to be an action drama as she disclosed undergoing training on the traditional martial arts “arnis” and gun firing.
“For this show, nag-training kami ng arnis saka ng firing din para meron kayong bagong makikitang Julia,” she said, then enthusiastically continued, “matagal na ring hindi ako nagfi-firing, then bumalik ako for this show. Bagong Julia ulit ang makikita nila kasi talagang pinaghandaan ng buong Dreamscape family ‘to.”
It can be recalled that prior to taking her well-deserved hiatus, Julia’s last teleserye stint was her starring role in the 2018 afternoon soap opera Asintado, which was also produced by Dreamscape Entertainment.
