Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach could not help but shed tears of joy during the end of her homecoming parade last January 25. “Sobrang saya ko, I’m at a loss for words,” Pia said after seeing how many people flocked to the streets just to see her. Miss Universe Organization president Paula Shugart said this is a good time to hold the next pageant here in the Philippines. However, like in the Olympics, a bidding process occurs to determine which country will host the next Miss Universe pageant.
