She might have failed to at least break into the Big 4 of Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 in 2007, but Dionne Monsanto still seems to be a Big Winner as she turned out to become one of the most bankable and popular character thespians in the country.  Proof of this was when she became part of the soap opera Tubig At Langis in 2016, which is currently having a rerun on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida block.

Portraying the iconic role of Lucy Villadolid, the daughter of the main antagonist Conching (Vivian Velez) who eventually turned out to be the most abhorred character after the latter’s demise, Dionne instantly captured the attention of the viewers because of her compelling performance and has become the subject of various memes online since then.

But apart from the 34-year-old actress’ unmistakable acting chops, it’s also impossible to miss her captivating morena beauty and her finely-chiseled physique that are seemed to be always summer-ready.

For sure, it required her lot of hard work and sacrifices to achieve and maintain her sexy body, which she affirmed in her interview with ABS-CBN Lifestyle last year. She confessed growing up insecure and being bashed about her body, which made her decide to begin working out hard. She’s been doing boxing, lifting, and lagree – “a high-intensity, low-impact workout that strengthens one’s core and endurance” – and relies on meditation, too.

However, she also revealed that aside from focusing on her physical strength and fitness, she’s been practicing clean living as well by going vegetarian. A true fitspiration indeed!
