Internationally renowned TNT Boys, comprised of Mackie Empuerto, Keifer Sanchez and Francis Concepcion, then appeared to talk about their friendship, to address the rumors of Mackie leaving the group and to reveal each other’s secrets. An original documentary entitled “TNT Boys: Journey to the World Stage” starts streaming on iWant starting August 14.
Keifer revealed that the documentary was a year in the making. It hopes to inspire people never to give up on their dreams even after failing on their first try. Although the TNT Boys are now successful in both the local and global stages, they lost when they joined Tawag ng Tanghalan Kids on It’s Showtime but they persevered until they finally achieved their dream of selling out arenas and going on world tours.
TNT Boys Journey to the World Stage is a docu-series featuring the real story of success of the TNT Boys. They shared that their theme song for their friendship is the first single that they released together as a group.
According to his bandmates, Francis’ biggest flaw is his frequent mood swings. While Keifer revealed that he misses his hometown, Davao City but denied rumors that he’d rather be a full time student than a performer. He clarified that he wants to make people happy by performing on-stage and the career of the TNT Boys is his main priority as of now.
On the other hand, Mackie denied that he’s planning to leave the group to become a solo artist. But he reasoned that he had his solo project before the TNT boys was formed. Currently, their contract does not allow solo performances or projects outside the group.
They would then confirm Twitter poll results about them. The boys affirmed netizen guesses that Francis takes the most selfies among the group. They then agreed that Francis and Keifer are the ones addicted to mobile games.
Mackie would then share that he has a big crush on both Kathryn Bernardo and Nadine Lustre. The boys said they had met the actresses but failed to form a coherent sentence due to their admiration for them. Mackie confessed that only a picture with them is enough since he never had a chance before.
