Sharon Cuneta reveals having an extreme fear of rats. She admits crying in panic and running away as fast as she could whenever she sees one. She can’t even stand seeing rats in photos or television scenes. “They’re dirty and ugly!”Sharon says about her most hated creatures.
Sharon starts feeling uncomfortable when Boy Abunda playfully hints at showing her a photo of a ‘cute’ mouse. But, her fear suddenly turns into ‘kilig’ as a picture of Gong Yoo wearing a mouse headpiece. “I will cougar you!” Sharon exclaims in jest as if talking to Gong Yoo for real.
Talking more about terrifying things, while everyone is afraid of watching horror films, the Megastar finds comfort instead in watching the genre. Though, she also screams and gets shocked in the middle of the movie but Sharon feels a different kind of relief as soon as the film ends.
A part of her list of all-time favorite horror movies is “The Exorcist” of Linda Blair. In fact, she knows a lot about the film- from the music used, the writer’s background, and even details about the director. She has also read its book version. Among her other picks are “Omen 2” and features from the “The Conjuring Universe”. She likes “Insidious” the most but admits not being a fan of “Sinister.”
But, the best horror movie for her is her upcoming project entitled “Kuwaresma”. When asked about what made her accept doing such project for the first time, Sharon admits being quite picky with the horror materials offered to her. Being a huge fan of horror movies, Sharon could easily point out something that looks and feels unoriginal. Unlike the rest, “Kuwaresma’s” story is something unpredictable.
“Kuwaresma” is showing on May 15 and also stars John Arcilla, Ken Gonzales and Pam Gonzales. The masterpiece is helmed by Direct Erik Matti.
On another segment, Tito Boy shows a throwback picture of Sharon in a bikini. “Eew! That was before Kiko sabotaged my body and impregnated me with Frankie”, Sharon said in jest as she reacts on the photo.
