Veteran host Boy Abunda couldn’t help but express his admiration for Lovi Poe’s glowing beauty during her visit to Tonight with Boy Abunda. Lovi attributed her glow to a lifestyle change, “Before, I used to love going out, staying up late, ngayon hindi na. Nandoon ako sa phase na I was such a party girl but now I just love to work out.”
Her three makeup essentials aren’t that complicated, either. She mentioned cheek tint, eyebrow kit, and normal loose power.
As the Online Exclusive continued, Tito Boy read a question from a netizen asking Lovi how she maintains her figure despite indulging in food, as seen on her Instagram posts. The actress said balance is the key. “I eat anything but I try to make up for it. There are days when I try to eat really healthy, then I balance it by having a burger once in a while,” shared Lovi.
Lovi also revealed that she has a lot of friends in ABS-CBN. “It’s a very small industry and when we see each other whether I’m from a different network, and the same thing goes with them, we always say hi.” She mentioned Iza Calzado, Jolina Magdangal, and Paulo Avelino as some of her buddies in the Kapamilya network.
Lovi shared her thoughts on getting married and becoming a mother in the future. She doesn’t have any timeline when it comes to matters of settling down but she definitely would want to accomplish her goals first. Nevertheless, she’s certain that “it will come.”
On bearing a child, Lovi explained, “That’s something that I would want in the future but it’s not just about wanting to have a kid, it’s also a question of being fit.”
When asked if she would like to recreate one of his dad Fernando Poe Jr.’s films, Lovi admitted that this is actually her dream. She thought of FPJ’s movie with Diamond Star Maricel Soriano “Batang Quiapo.” Now, this dream is a reality!
On December 5, Dreamscape Entertainment announced that they would be creating a modern retelling of Fernando Poe Jr.’s 1986 film Batang Quiapo. Of course, this project will be led by Coco Martin as the main character, Baldo. Alongside him are Lovi and Charo Santos. Also part of the cast are Lito Lapid, Christopher de Leon, John Estrada, Tommy Abuel, Pen Medina, Susan Africa, Cherry Pie Picache, Allan Paule, Mark Lapid, Ronwaldo Martin, and Mercedes Cabral.
