Controversial Pinoy Big Brother Otso housemate Banjo Dangalan looked back on the happy memories he experienced in his short stint inside Bahay ni Kuya. Boy Abunda showed him a photo in where he’s seen examining a traditional Chinese Feng Shui tool called bagua.
According to Banjo, he didn’t have any clue about the bagua until Kuya explained its concept during their talk inside the confession room. Now that Banjo has already learned the popular belief of attracting bad luck by staring at a Bagua, the King Of Talk jested that it might be the reason behind his forced eviction.
Banjo laughed at Tito Boy’s remark. But, audiences and netizens know that Banjo’s tragic exit from the Big Brother house has nothing to do with luck; rather, it was brought by a series of offensive jokes and behavior he displayed.
Two major issues were thrown at Banjo during his stay inside Kuya’s house. The first one is his fetish for touching and smelling someone else’s hair, which the female housemates found awkward. Apart from this, another major violation that made him cross the line was blurting out vulgar remarks and rape jokes; a mistake he humbly owns up to.
“Tinatanggap ko po ang pagkakamali ko. Sana po bigyan n’yo po ako ng pagkaakataon na patunayan ang sarili ko, at wala po talaga akong masamang intensyon. Sorry po talaga”, Banjo’s sincere message to those he offended from his nasty jokes.
After learning his lessons, Banjo is determined to pursue his dreams of buying his own house and sending his siblings to school. “Sana ‘di na ako bumalik sa dati kong buhay at sana tuloy-tuloy na ‘yung mga blessings na dumadating sa akin,” Banjo’s prayers.
