Pinoy Big Brother Otso Teen Big Four Lie Reposposa shared fun and light moments with Boy Abunda during her interview on TWBA. Coming from a family of singers and blessed with genuine sense of humor, Lie is branded as the “Teenig ng Tawanan ng Davao”.
Lie confidently shared her singing talent honed by her own father’s guidance and trainings. They began their mini voice lessons at home when she was just five years old. At the age of six, Lie started joining amateur singing contests. She took advantage of her music skills in helping provide financial support to her family. Her mother, who is not a staunch singer, competes as well just for the sake of the consolation price. Lie was asked for a sample and she belted out the well-known piece ‘May Bukas Pa’, the first song that her father taught her.
Lie started doing video blogs as well. She claims her vlogs are unique and the most real anyone can see online. “No edit. No filter. Just post it!”, Lie jests referring to her posts which all show her genuine personality.
Given her kind of sense of humor, funny ways, and Bisaya accent, Lie is accused of being a copycat of former PBB housemates and Big Winners Melai Cantiveros and Maymay Entrata.
The teen housemate clarifies this issue and insists her character is not patterned from anyone else. She is keeping it real instead.
While fellow housemates describe her as good-hearted, fun and, genuine, there are still some spectators who brand her as overacting. Lie claims that she is just being true to herself and there was nothing fake with what people saw in her during her stay inside Kuya’s house. “Ganun lang po ako mag-react sa mga bagay-bagay at nagpapakatotoo lang po ako”, Lie tells her bashers.
