There is a stigma that good-looking guys go around breaking girls’ hearts but “Utopia” lead star Arron Villaflor proves it otherwise. In a TWBA interview aired on October 24, Arron showed that even a guy like him also cries because of love.
In a series of revelation about the women romantically linked with him, Arron admitted that he and Jane De Leon had a relationship and the new Darna was the girl who last made him cry. He said that lack of time was the major reason behind their break-up. Two years after the split-up, Arron has already moved on from the pain and he is genuinely happy for Jane’s success.
Arron also confessed that he once had a crush on his Umagang Kay Ganda host and former GirlTrend member Dawn Chang but his romantic feelings did not flourish into courtship.
He and Yen Santos also had a thing while working for the teleserye All of Me in 2015. But, the special friendship did not move forward from the so-called “mutual understanding” stage. “Kulang na lang label. Parang kami na parang hindi,” Arron described his past complicated relationship with Yen.
Eight years ago, Arron tried to pursue Jasmine Curtis-Smith but the actress had to go back to Australia for studies so Arron had to let go of his feelings as well. The actor is also romantically linked with Barbie Imperial but he clarified that they are just friends.
Now at 29, Arron sees himself getting married in less than five years from now so as to enjoy his time with his future kids.
The actor topbills the Cinema One Originals entry entitled “Utopia” where he takes on the role of a good cop named Ian aka “Dalaga”. Catch “Utopia” in selected cinemas starting November 7.
