Fans of ex-Pinoy Big Brother Otso housemates Lance Carr and Angela Tungol raved during the loveteam’s guesting in Tonight With Boy Abunda. The GeLance pair ignited their supporters’ kilig when they revealed calling each other “boo” as endearment. According to the young love team, calling someone ‘boo’ means caring for the other person and giving him/her much importance.
Yet, the term of endearment doesn’t mean they’re officially together as a couple. Lance and Angela are taking things slowly and getting to know each other deeper since exiting the PBB house.
Despite having obvious special feelings for one another, Angela clarified that her world never revolved around Lance while they were still inside the house. Rather, she simply looked at him as an inspiration, otherwise, she wouldn’t have made it to the Top 6.
The young loveteam has been dragged into a controversial romance fiasco inside Kuya’s house. Just a quick recall, Lance was originally paired by netizens with another housemate, Ashley del Mundo whom he met during their Camp Star Hunt days. In a previous interview, Ashley reveled she and Lance had a thing in the past which eventually died when they both entered Bahay ni Kuya as official housemates, and Lance became suddenly drawn to Angela.
The “Captain Ball Cutie of Davao” was even lambasted for being confused between two female housemates. During this interview, Lance clarified that he and Ashley grew apart and they both decided to just remain friends. Meanwhile, his closeness with Angela became deeper in the long run. Angela, who was just quietly listening as Lance air his side, also said she never had any ill feelings towards Ashley.
