Former beauty queen and It’s Showtime’s “Reina Ng Tahanan” guest choosee-gado Precious Lara Quigaman currently enjoys a blissful, fulfilled life as a successful actress and devoted wife and mother.

An Order of Lakandula awardee and crowned as Miss International 2005, she continues to thrive in the entertainment industry with noteworthy appearances in films and TV shows, while juggling her time as a dedicated wife and mother.

Lara tied the knot with actor Marco Alcaraz in 2011 in Vancouver, Canada in a civil ceremony, and subsequently married him again in 2012 here in the Philippines in a Christian wedding. In their second marriage held here, she was already halfway pregnant with their first child, Noah.

On her Tonight With Boy Abunda guesting, Lara reveals that they were introduced to each other by their mutual friend, Valerie Concepcion. She was clueless that Marco is also an actor, so she searched him up on the web and confessed that she was a bit shocked to find Marco’s sexy photos. Prior to Marco, Lara revealed that she had a difficult relationship. But with him, things just felt right and she knew from the start that he was indeed the one.

 

 

And ever since they got married, their lovely and wonderful family continues to grow. They now have three adorable kids, namely Noah, Tobias, and Moses, who was born in September 2020.

Despite being a hands-on homemaker, Lara has still managed to have a busy showbiz career in her hands as she got to work in a slew of teleseryes. She portrayed the role of Dilag in the 2018 fantasy series Bagani, the older sister of Ganda (Liza Soberano), and played Loida, the mother of Jacky (Yen Santos) in the controversial drama Halik that same year. She would then have a highly acclaimed performance as surprise antagonist Alice in her last teleserye The Killer Bride. Talk about being a super mom!
