Iza Calzado and Sunshine Dizon prove that true friendship always prevails no matter the distance or time.

Their unbreakable bond began during Iza’s early foray into acting. Since she was still new and just starting her rise to fame, Iza found a close friend and confidante in fellow actress Sunshine. They worked together in several shows and developed a special friendship over time.

When Iza was struggling to earn money to pay for her mother's medical bills back then, she decided to pawn some of her precious jewelry. However, finding it hard to let go, Iza revealed in an interview on Tonight With Boy Abunda that she chose to just sell it to a person she could truly trust, Sunshine.

Sunshine happily agreed to help by buying Iza’s ring and diamond bracelet. Eventually, the Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin star made her way to pay back Sunshine and get her ring, but completely forgot that she also sold her bracelet.

So during Iza’s wedding to Ben Wintle, we find out that her best friend Sunshine kept the diamond bracelet safe all along. As the most touching wedding gift, Sunshine placed the bracelet back on Iza’s hand.

Iza was deeply moved and extremely grateful for Sunshine. “Ibabalik ko tenfold,” she said.
