Fans and avid viewers of the phenomenal series Halik have witnessed the fierce on-screen rivalry between the show’s female leads, Yam Concepcion and Yen Santos. Their scenes are mostly made of heated confrontations and physical clashes. There was even an instance when Yam was rushed to the hospital’s emergency room due to an intense slap she received from Yen.
Eagle-eyed spectators have noticed that Yam no longer follows Yen on Instagram; igniting speculations that the two actresses have already imbibed their on-screen feud in real life. Yam blurts out a few laughs and says, “Hindi kami magkaaway!” It simply happened that Yam sort of deactivated her account and cleared her list of followings as well.
Yam clarifies that she and Yen are in good terms. But she also admits that their working relationship did not manage to grow into a deeper kind of friendship as, for one, they belong to separate units in the production. So, they barely had time to bond with one another off-screen.
If there is someone Yam has become really closed with, it is none other than her “sissy” Nina Dolino. Time and circumstances have helped them form a strong sisterhood. They got to spend a lot of free times together and their bond has strengthened their trust for one another.
To cap it off, Yam thanks the avid followers of Halik and invites everyone to continue catching the series until its last episode this Friday. “Ang Halik mo mami-miss ko”, Yam says with a smile but with hints of nostalgia as well.
