After endearing us in his exceptional performance in the defunct afternoon drama Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Araw Gabi, JM de Guzman has been ripping our hearts with his mellifluous interpretation of the Himig Handog 2018: Love Songs and Love Stories winning entry “Sa Mga Bituin Na Lang Ibubulong” written by budding composer Kyle Raphael Borbon.
In this Tonight With Boy Abunda Uncut version of his interview early this month, he got candid about the learnings he reaped from his compelling portrayal of the lead male protagonist Adrian Olvidar and how music has been helping him to be an effective actor. He shared his thoughts about his stint as an actor and co-producer of his latest flick with Rhian Ramos “Kung Paano Siya Nawala,” his relentless ambition to be a director, and his special relationships with the three beautiful ladies being linked to him – Angelica Panganiban, Barbie Imperial, and Bela Padilla.
Tito Boy also asked him to show everyone how he’s going to motivate his actor when he became a director by letting JM motivate him for a particular scene that they were supposed to shoot.
Apart from their hearty conversation, the seasoned actor also thrilled us with the different poses he did corresponding to the various scenarios described by the host.
He also made a brief recall to his responses in the previous overly naughty Fast Talk he did, and his kilig-inducing revelations in the “5 in 45” segments wherein he was asked to impart five crazy yet delighting gestures he did for the girl he pursued or loved in the past. He actually failed to accomplish the challenge so just see for yourself what he did in order to compensate for that last item he missed by watching this video.
Of course, this episode did not conclude without him showcasing his singing prowess, thus Tito Boy asked him to perform a few lines from “Sa Mga Bituin Na Lang Ibubulong” and his most favorite song Switchfoot’s “Dare You To Move”.
