Vito (Geoff Eigenmann) arrives at the dance rehearsals for the upcoming Ladies’ Society Ball. He abruptly confronts Emma (Janella Salvador) about the series of strange incidents in Las Espadas particularly Manoy Andres’ (Soliman Cruz) misfortune. Previously, Manoy Andres was found by Elias (Joshua Garcia) and Intoy (Neil Coleta) draped in a white wedding gown. The old man’s body was covered with wounds and bruises, and is suffering from an intense hallucination, which he is still yet to recover from.
Vito sternly grips Emma’s arms while demanding her to speak up. Vito assumes that Emma has other accomplices, and the woman he encountered in the forest is one of them. In the recent episodes, Vito went into the forest and saw a mysterious woman disguised in black outfit. Unknown to him, the stranger is none other than Camila (Maja Salvador).
Believing that Emma’s goal is to simply ignite chaos in Las Espadas, Vito orders her to stop her plans. Vito hints at his opinion that Camila is not the real suspect behind Javier’s (Dominic Ochoa) killing and even Camila’s death was orchestrated.
Tessa (Loren Burgos) and Elias (Joshua Garcia) come downstairs after discussing several details about the upcoming ball. Their faces are marked with doubt and jealousy upon seeing Vito and Emma’s close encounter. Tessa excuses herself and tries to suppress her emotions.
Later on, Vito apologizes to Tessa knowing that he has made her feel bad. Tessa shows him a photograph of a vintage guitar owned by Las Espadas’ iconic musician. She expresses her desire to bid for the said item as a gift to Vito.
But, Vito insists he has long been uninterested with music. Tessa’s tears roll down, as she feels clueless about a huge part of Vito’s life, especially his past. Tessa feels as though she is just an instrument of filling in the gap Camila left in Vito’s heart.
