Ever since The Killer Bride started last August, our evenings have never been the same again.
More than the lovestory of star-crossed lovers Camila Dela Torre (Maja Salvador) and Vito Dela Cuesta (Geoff Eigenmann), the blooming romance between Emma (Janella Salvador) and Elias (Joshua Garcia), and the drama the rest of the cast are currently into, The Killer Bride stands out due to its gothic, suspense, and thriller themes that made us all hooked.
As they creep us out with Emma’s well-orchestrated possession in the earlier weeks of the program and the sudden emergence of the “killer bride”, did you know that some of the stars of the primetime series also have their own share of terrifying tales that actually happened in reality?
In their separate interviews with Entertainment.ABS-CBN.com, each cast member willingly talked about their scariest moments in life that would truly send chills down your spine.
Unbeknownst to us, while The Killer Bride is already eerie on-screen, there were instances as well that horror also enveloped the set off-cam, as what Geoff Eigenmann, Alexa Ilacad, and CK Kieron imparted.
Geoff recalled that scene when he was visiting the grave of Javier (Dominic Ochoa) confined in a mausoleum and the door suddenly slammed so hard without anyone moving it nor it was part of that certain scene. Due to the eerie feels it brought, the creators decided to just include it.
Meanwhile, Alexa and CK recounted that occasion when they were all chilling inside the tent at 3am and out of the blue, they heard a kid uttered “Hi Daddy!” although there was no child present nor anyone using their phone during that time.
On the other hand, Janella Salvador shared the spooky experience she had while filming Oh My G!, the 2015 daytime drama she starred in.
While Miko Raval and Joshua Garcia’s stories were not actually supernatural, those would still surely give you goosebumps.
