Elias (Joshua Garcia) presses Matias (Manuel Chua) to disclose the ‘killer groom’s’ identity, certain that his father knows something. However, Matias defies his son’s pleas and insists that Elias must also keep his mouth shut in order to survive just like him. Besides, Elias wouldn’t be able to save everyone but himself.
Elias rebuts his father’s stand, wondering where he would be if the people who took him in were as selfish as Matias. He sticks to his courage and opts to save those he loves even if it means dying in return, unlike his Tatay Matias who thinks that there’s nothing more to life than breathing.
The argument seems to have tugged at Matias’ conscience as he decides to help the authorities find the ‘killer groom.’ He secretly leaves a note on Vito (Geoff Eigenman)’s car bearing information on the serial killer’s whereabouts.
Afterwards, Matias encounter Agnes (Mara Lopez) and clashes with her. His sturdy physique seems to be leading him to his win but the cunning Agnes manages to get the upper hand by hitting him with a piece of wood until he loses consciousness.
Meanwhile, Elias accompanies Emma in Manila to assist her in laying Fabio (Miko Raval)’s remains to rest.
