Both tipsy and tired, Elias (Joshua Garcia) and Intoy (Neil Coleta) stop along the road in the middle of the night. Intoy comes out of the service van to pee. The two freak out as a creepy white apparition resembling the ‘killer bride’ passes by. Elias and Intoy hop inside the vehicle out of fear. They look behind and get shocked as the “killer bride” suddenly appears at the car’s rear window.
Elias musters his courage to check on the ghost-like apparition. He and Intoy get surprised upon seeing the “killer bride” lying on the ground. Elias takes off its veil and sees Manoy Andres (Soliman Cruz), bruised, wounded, and hallucinating. The old man is rushed to the hospital.
In the hospital, Manoy Andres remains mentally unstable. He appears terrified and keeps on mumbling words about a woman in a wedding dress who vows to kill everyone in Las Espadas. Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) arrives and expresses her worry over Manoy Andres, her brother.
A few moments after, the doctor comes in and says Manoy Andres is under the influence of a drug-related substance found in plants such as talampunay and it is the cause of Manoy Andres’ confusion and delirium.
Meanwhile, Emma (Janella Salvador) and Tatiana (Ariella Arida) are on their way home from their gown-fitting when they suddenly encounter a flock of people outside the hospital. Emma asks the driver to stop the car and she finds Intoy taming the crowd who wants to check on Manoy Andres’ condition. The residents of Las Espadas blame Emma for the incident.
Emma receives insulting words upon making her way inside the hospital. Manoy Andres eagerly gets up from the bed and embraces Emma while begging her to spare him from the woman in a wedding gown who tried to kill him. The scene draws shock from the people around including Elias.
