Camila (Maja Salvador) and Elias (Joshua Garcia) put up a show in front of Alice (Lara Quigaman) to save Matias (Manuel Chua) and make her pay for her crimes. Just as when they thought Alice has come to her end, another player joins in the deadly game. Agnes (Mara Lopez) appears and ruthlessly shots Matias.
Camila saves Elias from Agnes but the latter, before taking her final breath, gets even by shooting a clueless Camila. The bullet pierces Camila’s gut forcing her to just let Elias flee and ask for help while she waits for any possible rescue. She keeps on telling Elias to make her act of sacrifice be known to Emma (Janella Salvador).
Later, Camila wakes up and walks towards a lifeless Matias. The present scene seems to imitate exactly what happened on that fateful day when she was accused of killing Javier Dela Cuesta (Dominic Ochoa). Although struggling with excruciating pain, Camila manages to get up and ask for help. She finds a single white rose on Elias’ delivery van still parked by the chapel.
Camila walks further and asks random bystanders but no one dares to listen until the day turns into night. She finally finds rescue in the person of Iking (Pepe Herrera) who is then driving an ambulance going to the hospital where Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) and Tsoknat (Pamu Pamorada) are waiting.
Upon arriving at the hospital, Camila experiences a strange phenomenon when she can’t hold the vehicle door open. Iking helps her get out of the ambulance and they quickly run inside, only to be greeted by Manay Ichu’s loud wailing.
Camila dares to know what happened yet Tsoknat doesn’t seem to acknowledge her presence. Instead, Tsoknat faces Iking and tells him that Camila is dead.
Camila frets and realizes that they are standing by the hospital’s morgue.
