The war in Las Espadas ends when Alice (Lara Quigaman) dies through her own son’s (Sam Concepcion) bullets. While Camila (Maja Salvador), after learning that Emma (Janella Salvador) is her long-lost daughter, accepts her fate. Camila’s soul finally gets to leave in peace.
News about Alice’s death airs on the radio. The reporter throws in a question also asked by the residents – will the town of Las Espadas finally become quiet or will the curse continue? Iking (Pepe Herrera) is shown sleeping on a corpse’s table in Dako Pa Roon. His eyes open. Iking finds the souls of Belinda (Sammie Rimando) and Armando (Akihiro Blanco) standing at his feet and staring at him.
Iking expresses frustration to what seems like a never-ending cycle of ghostly appearances and revenge Camila’s spirit appears. Her glow hints at feelings of full acceptance and peace, a far cry from the once restless soul whose eyes burned deep of wrath and vengeance. Camila speaks on Belinda and Armando’s behalf and says they are there to clarify the old legend that ignited a clash among the people of Las Espadas particularly between the Dela Torre and Dela Cuesta clans.
Contrary to the old tales passed on from several generations, Armando wasn’t involved in the sexual assault against Belinda. A flashback reveals that that two are in fact lovers but Belinda has long been matched to another Dela Cuesta. The love triangle leads to Armando’s death and the other Dela Cuesta raping Belinda. The latter eventually killed herself.
It becomes clear that the curse in Las Espadas is a bluff. Camila asks Iking to let the truth be known to the entire town.
