Trying to save his reputation, Juan Felipe (James Blanco) bribes someone who would appear as the culprit behind the leakage of his video scandal. A man named Marvin surfaces. Marvin introduces himself as a video editor and owns up to the crime of manipulating the material.
However, Marvin sees Camila (Maja Salvador), dressed as the ‘killer bride’. He vows to rectify his lies through a radio interview as means of pleasing the ‘killer bride’ and sparing himself from death.
Juan Felipe learns about Marvin’s supposed interview. He orders one of his henchmen to bring and slay Marvin in the woods.
In another scene, Guada (Aurora Sevilla) pays a visit at Juan Felipe’s office to offer him support. Juan Felipe receives other guests – Marvin’s family. Marvin’s mother begs Juan Felipe to help them search for her son. Meanwhile, the brother boldly accuses Juan Felipe of harassing his sibling and using him as scapegoat. He attacks Juan Felipe’s sexuality.
Juan Felipe loses his cool, displays his roughness, and showers everyone with threats as means of projecting masculinity. Guada feels worried as she witnesses her son’s roughness.
An emotional encounter happens involving the dela Torres. Luciano (Cris Villanueva) scolds Juan Felipe for pushing their family into a pit of embarrassment. Meanwhile, Guada tears up as she begs Juan Felipe to be open in receiving their support. Guada apologizes in behalf of Jacobo (Eddie Garcia) who used to punish Juan Felipe through physical violence. It is only now that Guada realizes Jacobo’s mistakes, saying they should have just embraced Juan Felipe’s psyche rather than condemn him for being gay.
Despite Guada’s pleas, Juan Felipe remains cold-hearted towards his family. He walks out, saying he can manage on his own.
Guada kneels down as she begs Alice (Lara Quigaman) to be sympathetic towards Juan Felipe. She sincerely desires Juan Felipe and Alice to rekindle their marriage. However, Alice is too hurt to open her heart again. She decides not to get herself involved with Juan Felipe anymore.
