At Dako Pa Roon, Luna (Alexa Ilacad) pays Emma (Janella Salvador) a visit to ask questions concerning her ‘dream’ about Camila (Maja Salvador). In the In the middle of their conversation, Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) receives a call from Manoy Andres (Soliman Cruz) asking for rescue and telling her that he’s being drugged in the psychiatric institution where he is confined. According to Manoy Andres, the staff wanted him to lose sanity. Manay Ichu, Emma, and Luna drive in a hurry.
In the mental hospital, a group of personnel catches Manoy Andres talking over the phone. The staff injects Manoy Andres a substance that seems like a sedative. The scene cuts to Manoy Andres strapped into a bed. The ‘killer bride’ comes inside to haunt him.
Manoy Andres begs the ‘killer bride’ to leave him alone. But, the ‘killer bride’ slowly gets near Manoy Andres and whisper words that would trigger the patient’s fear. The ‘killer bride’ lets loose of the straps, giving Manoy Andres the chance to run away.
Manay Ichu, Emma, and Luna arrive in the hospital and find out that Manoy Andres is missing. Elias (Joshua Garcia) suddenly appears, saying he went there to visit Manoy Andres as well. The group decides to divide themselves and look for Manoy Andres.
Emma goes solo and finds an abandoned building. Horror escalates as the door suddenly opens, as if inviting Emma to come in. Emma explores the place in search of Manoy Andres. The building appears eerily quiet.
Emma continues to walk in the hallway and sees a moving rocking chair inside a room. The scene gets creepier as Emma walks near the chair and finds someone clad in a white cloth sitting in there. She bravely unveils the mysterious figure which turns out to be just a life-sized doll. Emma thinks there’s nothing more to get scared of.
She fails to notice someone covered in white cloth coming behind her.
