Tsoknat (Pamu Pamorada) finds Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) evaluating Emma (Janella Salvador)’s curriculum vitae in an attempt to look for details she has missed before. Many Ichu is starting to sense a strange feeling with the recent events in Emma’s life.
While glancing at Emma’s papers as well, Tsoknat finds out that it is Emma’s birthday. She immediately runs to Elias (Joshua Garcia) to relay the information she got.
Later that night at Dako Pa Roon, Emma hears mysterious noise around the place akin to banging sounds. More so, the spine-chilling ambience of the night adds more to Emma’s horror until the terrifying image of the ‘killer bride’ haunts her again. Emma walks around in search of her companions but only to find the area eerily quiet.
Emma is astonished as her group of friends – Manay Ichu, Tsoknut, Iking (Pepe Herrera), Elias, and Intoy (Neil Coleta) – appears behind her for a birthday surprise. Emma finds them holding a birthday banner and a piece of cake. Emma is puzzled with the sudden big gesture until she realized that she has faked her birthdate in her resume as per Camila (Maja Salvador)’s instruction.
Elias’ group assumes that Emma’s tears are caused by joy but the truth is Emma cries out of guilt. She feels sorry for the people who are completely caught in her lies. Emma gives in to her friends’ request to celebrate her birthday at a bar in Las Espadas.
Luna (Alexa Ilacad) greets Elias and clings unto him, rubbing in their friendship in an attempt to stir Emma’s jealousy. Luna’s moves seem effective as Emma noticeably gets uncomfortable seeing Elias close to his childhood friend. Noting Emma’s uneasiness, Elias abruptly avoids Luna.
Vito (Geoff Eigenman) and Tessa (Loren Burgos) arrive. Vito causes a slight disruption as he trips off while walking inside the bar, causing him to bump unto Emma.
