After listening to Elias (Joshua Garcia)’s heartfelt confession, Emma (Janella Salvador) reacts with uncertainty and leaves Las Espadas just in time before Fabio (Miko Raval) arrives home. Elias gets puzzled and tries to analyze Emma’s response by seeking Intoy (Neil Coleta)’s point of view. Thoughts about Emma keep Elias awake at night.
Meanwhile, Luna (Alexa Ilacad) spends the night in a bar. She approaches Luis (Sam Concepcion) and invites him to celebrate Emma’s disappearance, confident that she’d finally win Elias’ attention again. But, Luna’s positive disposition fades in a snap as Luis informs her that Emma is back in Las Espadas.
The next day, Elias rushes to Dako Paroon and fails to suppress his emotions upon seeing Emma. He giddily runs to Emma and wraps her in an embrace full of bliss and longing. Elias is relieved knowing that he still stands a chance with the girl he’s completely smitten with.
Manay Ichu (Malou de Guzman) enters the scene and cuts Elias and Emma’s moment. Elias and Emma appear happy and full of romantic excitement. Talking with Manay Ichu, Elias hints at having good intentions with Emma, then, leaves with a smile on his face.
Manay Ichu sounds motherly as she promises to never meddle with Emma’s personal relationships. Yet, she warns Emma to be cautious when dealing with matters of the heart.
In the succeeding scene, Emma runs after Elias to hand him a list of Manay Ichu’s orders. Elias subtly touches Emma’s hands as he takes the piece of paper. The two appear giddy as they talk about Elias’ previous confession and Emma’s response.
Emma reiterates that she is not yet ready to jump into a serious relationship. In return, Elias says that he would be willing to wait.
The camera angle suggests that someone is lurking around and watching the two. It is none other than Luna.
