Emma (Janella Salvador) receives a call from a man who introduced himself as Gerry, Elias (Joshua Garcia)’s friend who has knowledge about the Belladonna plant. Wanting to dig up more leads about her mysterious abduction, Emma bites in to the bait. She agrees to meet ‘Gerry’ in an abandoned building in Las Espadas.
Meanwhile, Juan Felipe (James Blanco) also receives a call from an anonymous person telling him to come at the same location to see the murderer behind Ivan (Angelo Patrimonio)’s death. Camila (Maja Salavdor) learns about Juan Felipe’s agenda through her accomplice.
As the scenes unfold, it becomes clearer that the series of incidents is part of a put-up job. At the flower farm, Elias receives a guest. It is none other than the real Gerry. Camila also gets an update from Emma that she is going to meet someone at the old factory in Las Espadas. Weaving the clues together, Camila’s heart pounds as she warns Emma to leave the place immediately. Camila drives in a hurry to save Emma and calls Fabio (Miko Raval) for rescue.
Emma‘s attempt to flee is hindered by the arrival of Juan Felipe and his security aides, all equipped with a gun in their hands. She hears Juan Felipe ordering his men to fire at anyone seen inside the building. Emma hides behind a wide post but her dress’ hemline sells her out to Juan Felipe’s sight. Having felt that Juan Felipe is approaching, Emma prepares to attack. She strikes Juan Felipe with her knee and runs as the Mayor loses his stance.
Unfortunately, Emma fails to go further. She stops upon seeing Juan Felipe aiming his gun at her. Emma sees Camila approaching but still acts clueless to avoid giving Juan Felipe a hint.
Camila fights it out against Juan Felipe until she takes the lead. She runs towards Emma and receives the bullet that was meant for the latter.
Fabio arrives in time to rush Camila in the hospital. Since Camila’s identity must be hidden in Las Espadas, Fabio coordinates with their family doctor and brings Camila in the nearest hospital in Buena Tierra.
While undergoing an operation, Camila’s soul departs from her physical body and she encounters a ghostly creature that appears as a woman dressed in red. The lady unveils her face and she turns out to be Belinda (Sammie Rimando), the Dela Torre who was raped by a Dela Cuesta.
Belinda showers Camila with thought-provoking questions mainly revolving around her feelings of wrath and pushing other people into evilness. Belinda accuses Camila of molding Emma’s loving heart into a cold one; and forcing Fabio to live the wicked life he’s long buried in the past. The lost soul tries to instigate Camila’s guilt and asks her to save both Emma and Fabio from her wrong influence.
Belinda also condemns Camila’s incessant act of vengeance towards her own family members, citing a Dela Torre versus another Dela Torre war currently involving Camila and Juan Felipe. Belinda urges Camila to let go and face her death instead. Will Camila fight for her life or opt to die?
