An agitated Elias (Joshua Garcia) trembles in fear while telling Camila (Maja Salvador) to come with him in order to save his father Matias (Manuel Chua) from the ‘killer groom.’ They argue while on the way to the old chapel in Las Espadas where Alice (Lara Quigaman) is waiting. The scene suggests that Camila fails to convince Elias for a conspiracy. They arrive at the hideout and find a bridal wear meant for Camila.
The show begins with Camila walking inside the chapel in a wedding gown, as if a rewind of her tragic past. The ‘killer groom’ appears with a gun and her hostage.
Camila and the ‘killer groom’ exchange accusations about pain and vengeance, pinning the blame at each another for the agony they both feel. Camila rebuffs the ‘killer groom’s’ sentiment about grief, saying she lost Fabio (Miko Raval) as well and that makes the two of them equal.
The ‘killer groom’ unmasks and reveals herself as Alice after Camila mentioned her name.
Camila struggles with Elias until she successfully takes the gun and points it at him. Elias and Matias beg Camila to stop. Alice seems delighted watching Camila trapped in pain. Wanting to inflame everyone’s emotions even more, Alice drops the revelation that Camila has long been dying to know – Matias was the perpetrator who killed Javier (Dominic Ochoa).
The confrontation intensifies as it turns into a slow motion sequence when Camila aims her gun at the man who brought her life in cavalry, her face coated with fury and hands ready to pull the trigger once the anguish rages to her limits.
Elias runs towards his father and dares Camila to shot him instead. Camila demands Elias to stand up and leave if he still wishes to see his father alive. But while threatening Elias, Camila’s face hints an intriguing scheme. She fixes her gaze at her weapon, a cue for Elias to get up and pull another gun from his pocket.
A quick rewind shows Camila urging Elias to an elaborate plan against the ‘killer groom.’ She learns Matias’ involvement in the entire ruckus in Las Espadas. But instead of holding on to resentment, she sympathizes with Elias begging her for help. The two agree to a conspiracy while Camila ensures that the both of them would come out alive for the sake of Emma (Janella Salvador) whom they both love.
The tables turn. Both Camila and Elias gang up on Alice. With two guns pointed at her, Alice runs away and hides inside the chapel. Camila chases Alice while Elias unties Matias’ hands.
The two Dela Torres face each other. Camila declares Alice’s end but the latter still manages to get the upper hand. Alice says it wasn’t Camila who she wanted to see dead but Elias, knowing that this would trigger Emma’s rage.
Outside the chapel, Elias decides to ask for rescue while Matias volunteers to look for Camila. Unfortunately, another player joins the deadly game. She’s none other than Agnes (Mara Lopez) who ruthless shots Matias.
Elias tries to fire back at Agnes but his fear forces him to just run away instead. Elias trips off in his attempt to escape, giving Agnes all the chances to kill him right away. Fortunately, Agnes falls to Camila’s bullets.
Camila urges Elias to leave while he insists to check on his father. In the middle of their argument, Agnes manages to get back at Camila by shooting her.
