In this scene, uniformed men and women are given honor by rolling a news report about their selfless acts of heroism for the country; in time for the Philippine Independence Day celebration.
Meanwhile, it’s been almost two days since Ethan’s troop, PDEA, and police force have been situated in the target port areas but they still haven’t found anything suspicious.
Unknown to them, the cargo containing drugs have already passed through the inspections. Tiago thought of another way to execute the operations by sneaking the drugs inside the toys to be sold at Tuazon’s (Jong Cuenco) “Gift for a Cause” charity affair which Rhian attends to while disguising as a cosplayer.
Greg (Nonie Buencamino) approaches Marcial (Albert Martinez) at the detention facility. He displays immaturity by making fun of the false information from Rhian, saying Marcial loses a point this time.
Sounding stern and serious, Marcial starts lecturing Greg on the weight of their mission, adding that they are not in a competition against one another. As soldiers, they may have different point of views and manner of executing their beliefs; but, at the end of the day, they all have one goal in mind which is to save the country from the likes of Tiago.
Marcial comes in defense of Rhian, saying anyone would act based on what he thinks is right especially in a battle for righteousness. Greg becomes speechless and he tries to hide his embarrassment by excusing himself to attend to other important matters.
Meanwhile, Jessie (Ryza Cenon) finds out Rhian is at the “Gift for a Cause” bazaar. She immediately calls Ethan who instructs Jopet (Pocholo Barretto) to request for back up.
